Governance & Commercial Standards
Terms & Conditions
Official terms of service, wholesale supply regulations, intellectual property protection, and authorized operational policies governing Qazi Cola Beverages Pakistan.
01 Acceptance of Terms & Commercial Relationship
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether visiting as a consumer, prospective wholesale partner, retailer, or event coordinator) and Qazi Cola Beverages Pakistan ("Qazi Cola", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing this website, placing wholesale supply inquiries, or entering into distribution contracts, you express full and unconditional agreement with all operational policies described herein. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our online portals and commercial channels.
02 Proprietary Rights & Trademark Integrity
The name "Qazi Cola", the stallion emblem, the bottle silhouette, can renders, package labeling, color schemes (including the signature crimson #c90a16 and carbon black palette), taglines ("Taste The New Taazgi"), graphic assets, and underlying website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Qazi Cola Beverages.
- No Unauthorized Reproduction: No digital asset, logo, photographic render, or packaging design may be copied, modified, or re-hosted without formal written license from our corporate executive office.
- Anti-Counterfeit Doctrine: We actively defend our brand against imitation beverages, look-alike labeling, or misleading retail positioning. Any infringement will be met with immediate legal enforcement under the trademark and copyright statutes of Pakistan.
- Authorized Media Use: Press, accredited distributors, and event partners may utilize provided media kits solely in compliance with brand guidelines.
03 Distribution, Wholesale Supply & Allocation
Wholesale purchase requests and regional territorial distribution rights are subject to formal underwriting and verification:
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): All wholesale deliveries are governed by tiered volumetric standards (Tier-1 Provincial Hubs, Tier-2 City Depots, and Tier-3 Direct Retail Routes). Specific lot sizes are defined in finalized supply contracts.
- Payment Terms & Invoicing: Official dispatches from our manufacturing facility in Peshawar Industrial Zone occur exclusively following authorized payment clearance (Direct Bank Transfer or certified institutional instruments).
- Cold-Chain & Warehouse Standards: Authorized distributors must maintain climate-controlled warehousing (dry, cool, shielded from direct sunlight and ambient temperatures exceeding 32°C) to preserve beverage carbonation and ingredient efficacy.
Official Notice: Qazi Cola Beverages does not entertain cash-on-delivery or informal third-party brokerage for regional pallet shipments. All transactions are backed by official stamped bills of lading and tax invoices.
04 Product Quality, Freshness & Inspection
Every batch of Qazi Cola (Regular Formula & Sugar Free) is bottled under certified ISO 22000 and Halal-compliant hygienic standards:
- Batch Verification: Every dispatch contains batch tracking codes and manufacturing dates printed on cap and carton seals.
- Receiving Inspection: Distributors and retail receiving departments are granted a 48-hour inspection window upon cargo arrival to report transit seal damage or count discrepancies.
- Shelf Life Guarantee: When stored in compliance with certified ambient standards, products retain peak crispness and flavor profile throughout their 12-month stamped shelf life.
05 Online Inquiries & WhatsApp Direct Commerce
Our web platform facilitates rapid institutional inquiry via direct WhatsApp routing (+92 313 9797086) and encrypted contact submissions:
Inquiries initiated via WhatsApp or digital forms do not automatically bind the Company to supply allocation until volume availability, territorial jurisdiction, and commercial credential checks are finalized. We reserve the right to decline inquiries that violate territorial distribution exclusivity.
06 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Qazi Cola Beverages shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, regional transport carrier strikes, natural disasters, raw sugar tariff escalations, or external power grid disruptions outside our operational control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any supply dispute shall not exceed the net invoiced amount of the affected single consignment batch.
07 Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction
These Terms and all commercial supply agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or distribution contracts shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
